Standard RMA process
Once an RMA has been raised by the seller through our system, our diligent warehouse team will mark the item against its business account as soon as its received.
If your business works within a grading system for returns, we’ll match returns to your conditions and take photographic evidence along the way to be uploaded to your account.
Accept and reject
If an item is outside of its returns or you’re unwilling to receive an order back into stock, we’ll happily accept or reject an order on your behalf at Goods-In.
Stock level updates
If returned stock is suitable to go back on the shelf, we’ll update your stock levels through our integrations, so any new orders can be fulfilled immediately.
